Rode has introduced the Lavalier GO, a ‘professional-grade’ lavalier mic designed particularly to be used with its Wi-fi GO system.

The Lavalier GO microphone is a 4.5mm omnidirectional microphone that encompasses a gold-plated 3.5mm TRS jack that can work with Rode’s personal gear, in addition to most different recording gadgets with 3.5mm TRS jacks. Its sign to noise ratio is 67 dB with a sensitivity of -35 dB (17.8mV @94dB SPL) and a dynamic vary of 83 dB.

The cable is Kevlar strengthened and the Lavalier GO comes with the microphone, a clip to connect it to clothes, a pop protect and a pouch to hold all of it in. The Rode Lavalier GO is out there for $79 at approved Rode retailers (Adorama and B&H). The Rode Wi-fi GO system is offered individually for $199 at approved retailers (Adorama, B&H) as properly.
